Universal drilling rig for confined spaces

Drilling Rig KR 606-3

The drilling rig with drill mast kinematics for confined spaces. With a machine width which allows it to be carried through doors and a selection of diesel or electric Power Packs, which can be positioned independently of the drilling rig.

Extremely compact. Greatly variable kinematics.

Modular drilling rig concept
Many applications can be covered by the modular drilling rig concept, such as underpinnings, jet grouting work, micropiles, nailing and anchoring.

Operator safety
With the tried and tested radio remote control with display, the operator can take up a safe working position around the drilling rig at all times. In accordance with the requirements of EN 16228, operator safety is ensured by the high functional safety of the control concept. An interlocking movable guard for moving parts in the drilling process is available.

Compact dimensions
With its compact dimensions, the rig is ideal for use in buildings and other confined construction sites.

The special outrigger kinematics
The newly developed drilling rig kinematics enable rotation of the boom around the vertical axis of the drilling rig. Not to mention the telescope function of the height-adjustable boom and the tilting and turning function of the drill mast support. Among other things, this makes the positioning of drilling spots beside the track frame convenient. The drilling rig is supported by four hydraulic supports, which ensures in combination with the asymmetrical, Telescopic crawler type a high stability.

Advantages

Ideal for cramped spaces

Underpinning, micropiles, injection and uplift anchors in confined working spaces.

Modularity

The drilling rig facilitates various configurations of the drill system, the drill mast design and power source.

Selectable main drive

The Power Pack PP 117G guarantees high drilling power. Alternatively, you can combine it with the electric PP 55E.

Telematics

The optional KLEMM DataLink Air module for the transfer of machine and service data into the cloud.

Can be adjusted to the task at hand

  • Telescopic drill mast and modular drill mast kit
  • Diesel or electric Power Pack
  • Interlocking movable Guard (EN 16228)
  • Radio remote control and load-sensing hydraulics
  • Hydraulic drifters can be used
  • Installation of a cable winch in combination with a lateral sliding carriage

Details and options

Interlocking Guard

A interlocking movable guard meeting the requirements of EN 16228 is available for the drilling rig.

Details and options

Hydraulic supports

The drilling rig has an individually controllable hydraulic 4-point support. The front supports can be swivelled, and the rear supports can be removed.

Details and options

Laterally movable carriages

The drill drive can be moved laterally from the drill axis in order to make the installation of reinforcement elements or anchors into the drilling hole easier.

Details and options

Quick couplers

The interface from between drilling rig and Power Pack has quick couplers.

Details and options

Electric Power Pack PP 45E

Exhaust gas and noise emissions are kept to a minimum.

Details and options

Diesel Power Pack PP 55G

You have the option of a powerful Diesel Power Pack for working outdoors. With EU exhaust class V, of course.
