On-board data recording
MX4The process data measurement and recording system
For data collection KLEMM Bohrtechnik uses a proven Jean Lutz system, optimally customized for KLEMM drilling rigs.
The DIALOG MX4 system is used to capture and record process data and physical parameters which are acquired during specialized foundation drilling and associated applications. This data can be logged and documented as required. The physical variables, such as the drilling depth, can be easily displayed to provide information about the ground conditions, or serve as proof of the quality of the manufacturing process when, for example, drilling micro-piles, high pressure injections (HPI), or grouted anchors.
In addition to the main display and recording unit, the system also includes sensors for different measured values. Existing sensors on the drilling rig can also be incorporated.
In addition to local recording of the measured values, it is also possible to transmit the data remotely in real time (Wi-Fi/Ethernet/mobile communications). The system itself can also be configured and updated remotely. An internal GPS receiver provides information about the respective location. The system can also be extended, e.g. for vertical borehole measurements using a TIGOR probe.
Further examples of machine and process variables which can be measured, recorded and documented are as follows:
- Drilling depth
- Rotational speed of the rotary heads
- Hydraulic pressure of the rotary heads
- Hydraulic pressure of the feed system
- Feed rate
- Mast inclination
- Flow rate and pressure of all flushing or injection media (water, air, cement)
