66 companies in the Olpe district seized the opportunity to offer young people and their parents exclusive insights into the world of work – a great initiative that we were happy to support! A total of 22 routes were offered, with participants being transported free of charge by bus to visit three companies each.
At KLEMM Bohrtechnik, we were pleased to welcome numerous interested participants, including enthusiastic parents. Together with our management, our production and HR leaders, and trainers, we guided the visitors through our production halls, providing exciting insights into our work and answering many questions about KLEMM and our diverse career fields.
