Bergen, Norway – Our customer GEO FUNDAMENTERING AS is currently operating their KLEMM KR 806-4E electro-hydraulic drilling rig at the construction site for the new postal warehouse building, as commissioned by VEIDEKKE ASA.
A total of 150 RD piles with diameters of 114 - 406 mm are being installed to depths of up to 18 m. The site conditions are demanding – working with large loose boulders in the filling layers above the bedrock in temperatures around –5 °C. Despite these challenges, the KR 806-4E shows how its done – working continuously with efficiency and strength all day long in battery-powered mode.
