Drilling Job
IMPLENIA, with the help of subcontractor SKANSKA, built the Varberg Tunnel - a double-track railway line of the West Coast Railway. The railway track which runs through Varberg has a new railway station and freight station. It has been built in order to create an improved infrastructure for commuter traffic and for the transfer of goods traffic to rail. The new double tracks run over a distance of about 9 km, passing through a concrete tunnel about 300 m long and a rock tunnel about 2.8 km long.

Drilling Method
Over 10000 m of MAI self-drilling anchors in sizes T76N and T111N and about 3000 RD® piles with the corresponding casings of ground anchors were drilled.
